Step 1
Preheat oven to max heat with pizza stone/tray for at least 30 minutes.

Stretch dough into a round, leaving a thicker rim.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of passata; season lightly with salt.
Step 4
Add torn mozzarella evenly across the pizza.
Step 5
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.
Step 6
Bake until crust is blistered and cheese is bubbling.
Step 7
Remove from oven and add fresh basil leaves.
Step 8
Rest 1 minute, slice, and serve hot.
Bake on fully preheated stone/tray.
