Reserve pasta water before draining.
Step 3
Saute sliced green garlic in olive oil and butter until fragrant.
Step 4
Add asparagus pieces and cook until bright green.
Step 5
Toss cooked pasta with vegetables and lemon zest.
Step 6
Add pasta water gradually until sauce becomes glossy.
Step 7
Stir in grated parmesan and parsley before serving.
Reserve pasta water to emulsify sauce.
